Course Description: Learn a complete approach to lymphatic drainage taught by Brenda Legel, LMT. This class begins with an overview of lymphatic system anatomy, then moves into specific protocols for node opening, channel opening, lymphatic flow, and fluid drainage. You will then practice a full-body lymphatic session sequence that starts under the jaw and progresses systematically through the body, incorporating dry brushing, pumping, and elevation drainage. The focus is hands-on technique and clear sequencing so you can deliver effective lymphatic work with confidence.
